Additional Notes:

We are able to offer 3 and 4 night lets during off-peak periods at a rate of £70 per night for Corstorphine and £90 per night for Roseburn.
During peak periods i.e. July/August and Christmas/New Year however, stays of less than 7 nights are only available 10 days prior to date of arrival, subject to availability, and the rates are £125 per night for Corstorphine and £140 per night for Roseburn.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
The balance is payable in full 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment can be made by either Sterling Cheque or by Visa/Mastercard
